It is a form of expressive therapy involving the creative processes of making art to strengthen an individuals physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
It washes from the soul, the dust of everyday life and represents a good feather duster.
On the whole, the process of creating art is healing in itself.
This revelation is impossible if it did not have a valuable insight in an individuals area of erratic mood swings.


By concluding I would want to say that I have blossomed with art and its hues of colors waiting at the threshold of my adulthood, aiming at the stars high above.
A voyage of gentle discoveries in my world of dreams and colors has unleashed along my journey brought to reality.

Some bits of my work involve art therapy,acting as a mirror image to the individuals life portraying in his or her life. Art alone has changed many lives. Even for children suffering from autism, having difficulty in building functional skills, connecting with others and experiencing interpersonal socialization. Thereafter, CANVAS JUNKIES raises a bar for every person who enjoys the whole idea of playing with colors,inspiring himself and the world around him!! CANVAS JUNKIES a medium and a psychedelic world of colors brought out to the real world!!
